Directions:
We do recommend that you test roll-on on your inner forearms. If you experience a reaction, discontinue use.
Place the roller on your skin and roll it over any of these places on your body:
• Temples
• Inner wrists
• Pulse points
• Behind the earlobes
• The back of the neck
• Onto a face mask
• The palm of the hands: roll the essential oil on the palm of one hand, rub hands together and cup hands over your nose breathing in deeply 5 times
Store in a cool dry place away from sunlight.
CAUTION: Keep out of reach of children. If pregnant or under doctor's care, consult your physician. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears and sensitive areas.
