Guided Meditation
The voice of another person helps to shape our meditation practice in a guided meditation session. This form of meditation is led by a guide, which is especially useful for beginners and takes the guesswork out of the mechanics of effective practice.
Meditation was once a religious practice, but you don’t have to follow a specific religious tradition to connect with your spirituality and reap the benefits of meditation for healing and stress relief.
Guided Mediation is a holistic therapy that helps you to relax, quiet your mind, and achieve inner peace. The practice of meditation is crucial to the development of one’s spirituality.
Meditating with a guide will provide direction and help keep you from distracting and intriguing thoughts. The practice of meditation helps you in achieving mental, emotional, physical healing, and stress relief.
Guided Meditation Sessions – Individual or in Groups

As implied, a guided meditation allows you to be guided by our practitioners to help you drum up specific mental imagery or walk you through breathing exercises and mantras to aid you in the practice of meditating.
It is not uncommon for beginners to have their minds wander at first. This is the benefit of having a guide to help you empty your mind, stop thinking entirely, and pay close attention to your body.
You will gradually be reawakened to the world around you, ready to return to daily life in vigorated and with a clear mind.
Each session lasts approximately 30 minutes
Fee per person:
$59.00 AUD exclusive of GST (Individual)
$49.00 AUD exclusive of GST (In Groups – minimum 2 pax)

Cancellation and refund policy
Our cancellation and refund policy is 48 hours. If you need to cancel your appointment or fail to attend, please notify us at least 48 hours before the appointment time. If you fail to notify us within this period, your payment will not be refunded. If you can't come due to illness or other emergencies, we will be happy to reschedule your appointment. However, the rearrangement must be carried out within two months after the original appointment date.
In addition, we implement a 24-hour re-appointment service. If you need to reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours before the appointment time, your payment will not be refunded. If you need to arrange a refund, please note that the bank may charge the relevant transaction fees. Therefore, in any refund arrangement, we will charge a handling fee of $5 Australian dollars to cover the relevant fees charged by the bank.
